The HiTune Live website, app, features, and other related services are all part of HiTune Live. Users can post images and videos on HiTune Live in addition to other services. HiTune Live offers interactive and social elements. Our information practices are explained in our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to its terms if you install, use, or access any of HiTune Live's features. Additionally, you have agreed to abide by the "Terms and Conditions and Content Policy," "Community Guidelines," and other rules that are posted on the HiTune Live website, app, and other places. 1) Data gathered in response to a prompt:

• We may require you to authenticate your account using your Google Account or another method in order for you to access HiTune Live. Additionally, we will be gathering your name and email address. Additionally, we will need to know your age, gender, phone number, preferred content or category, location, areas of interest, preferred language, preferred region, and other details.

If you allow it, HiTune Live may gather and keep track of your device's previous and present locations. HiTune Live could stop working properly or become unusable if it can't have access to your location data.

  • Details about how you use HiTune Live, including your favorite material to consume, how you engage with other users, what you do on the platform, etc.
    
    HiTune Live has the ability to access the camera, microphone, picture, video, audio, and library or gallery on your smartphone.
    
    Additionally, HiTune Live might gather data from outside sources who might give HiTune Live access to any personal or non-personal data they have gathered. Regarding the information practices or methods of collection used by third parties, HiTune Live has no control or liability.
  • Additionally, HiTune Live might gather tracking data from DART, beacons, cookies, and other sources.
    
    Location: If you give HiTune Live permission, it may gather and store your device's historical and present locations. You may completely decide whether to grant HiTune Live permission to gather this data by adjusting the settings on your device.     Information about Use and Logging. We gather diagnostic, performance, and service-related data. Information We Do Not Collect
Sensitive Personal Data and information is not gathered by us, including passwords for other services, bank account, credit card, debit card, and other payment instrument details; financial information; physical, physiological, and mental health conditions; sexual orientation; medical history and records; or biometric data.

How We Use Information
To help us manage, offer, enhance, comprehend, personalize, assist, and promote HiTune Live, we may use all the information we have.

• Our Services: Using the aforementioned data, we manage and offer HiTune Live, including customer service and enhancement, maintenance, and personalization. We are aware of how users interact with HiTune Live, and we make use of the data we gather to assess and enhance HiTune Live, as well as to create, test, and develop new products and services and perform troubleshooting tasks. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The validity, construction and enforceability of these Terms and Content Policy, the Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Either party may refer such dispute for final resolution by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The Tribunal shall consist of three (3) arbitrators. Each party shall appoint 1 (one) arbitrator and the two arbitrators shall appoint the third arbitrator. The arbitration proceedings shall be held at Bangalore. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.

Subject to the above, the Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

This is in addition to the above and in case of any conflict, the policies below shall be applicable if you are subject to EU GDPR.

Access to you data
You have the right to your personal data including the content you upload. You can access your information by logging into your account. Please provide us a month to respond with the information and two months if the request is too complicated to fulfil within a month.

Withdrawal of consent
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and request us to stop processing your data. However, withdrawing your consent will not affect the processing or use of your information prior to fulfilling your consent withdrawal request. Request for deletion
You can email us help@HiTune .in with your registered email address and request for your deletion of data .

We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you and others. Information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted, unless we longer need the data to provide the products and services or until we are legally required to do so.

Right to opt out
You can opt out from our use of data from cookies and similar technologies that track your behaviour on the sites of others for ad targeting and other ad-related purposes. You can also opt out of marketing communication. We will ask you to opt-in before we use GPS or other tools to identify your precise location.

Request to correct your data
In case you find any of your information to be inaccurate or incorrect in any way, you can write to us at help@HiTune .in with your registered email and we will take reasonable steps to update or rectify your information.

We are not responsible for any content nor any consequences either directly or indirectly arising out of clicking on any third party link you may come across posted by other users. We may share your information with approved third parties in order to provide our services through the HiTune Live App

Data Transfers
We may transfer personal information to countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected.

 

iOS Users

Collection, Use, Disclosure, Sharing, and Retention of Face Data:

• Collection of Face Data: Information to identify face & facial expressions.
• Usage of Face Data: To make HiTune Live app work well for their users, we offer tools that apply filters and video effects fitting the contours of user’s face, modifying the size and shape of facial features and following facial movements.
• Disclosure of Face Data: This data is used to create filters and video effects within the App. The only use of this information is to provide valuable user features. None of the information collected ever leaves the user’s device.
• Sharing of Face Data: We do not share this data with third parties.
• Retention of Face Data: We do not store any Facial Recognition Data. Also none of the information collected by Face Data ever leaves the user’s device. However few data like user registration data, video recorded by users and user’s profile photo are stored on our servers.

TrueDepth APIs: We use TrueDepth APIs to create AR effects within the App. The only use of this information is to provide valuable user features. None of the information collected by the TrueDepth API ever leaves the user’s device. We do not share information with third parties, do not store or process in any other way the data which we accessed and used via TrueDepth API.
